Shipping policy

Physical items
Physical items are shipped within 14 days of purchase.  We are not responsible for any delays on the part of the parcel carrier or mail service.

Fabric of the Month Subscriptions
Fabric of the month is shipped each month by the last day of the month, unless there are extenuating circumstances (you will be notified of any delays).  Every effort is made to ship the FOTM subscriptions by the 25th, but this date sometimes falls on weekends or holidays when shipping is unavailable.  When that occurs, shipping will be adjusted for the first available day and customers will be notified of the rescheduled shipping date.  

Digital items
After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download the item you have purchased.  Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address at time of purchase.
